The Australian Border Force has provided a replacement
engine for Sri Lanka Navy's 'SLNS Rathnadeepa' ship. According to Navy
media sources the replacement engine worth USD 40,000 was presented to
the Navy upon a request by the Navy Commander. High Commissioner of
Australia to Sri Lanka HE Bryce Hutchesson handed over the engine to
Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at a ceremony
held on Wednesday (15th March) at SLNS Rangala in Colombo.
