Army Driving Licenses printing saves state funds

In a project mooted to save state funds, Sri Lanka Army (SLA) commenced the printing of National Driving Licenses following a special Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Commissioner General of Motor Traffic Department (MTD) Sumith Alahakoon and Acting Chief of Defence Staff and Army Commander Gen.
