SL Air Force training craft crashes in Trincomlee

A training aircraft of the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) has crashed inside the Air Force premises in China Bay, Tricomalee today (Aug 8). According to SLAF sources, the aircraft had crashed several minutes after the take-off, a short while ago. The PT 6 type aircraft had crashed claiming the lives of the two officers onboard.
