A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the construction of a ten storied building for the cancer unit at Karapitiya Teaching Hospital, Galle, was finalized at a meeting held at the Defence Ministry at the DHQC in Sri Jayawardenapura, Kotte today (Nov 05). The addendum to an MOU signed between the Secretary to the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Colours of Courage Trust (Guarantee) Limited (COC) for the construction of a ten storied building for the cancer unit at Teaching Hospital Karapitiya, was signed today which will facilitate the provision of labour by the Sri Lanka Army gratis.
