Japanese ship arrives to the island
January 16, 2019Making a Three-day goodwill visit, the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force ship (JMSDF) JS 'Ikazuchi' arrived in the country on Tuesday (15th January). The Japanese ship 'Ikazuchi' was accorded a traditional welcome by the Sri Lanka Navy upon its arrival at the Hambantota Port.
The crew of the Japanese ship is scheduled to take part in a number of programmes organized by the SL Navy during its stay in the country.
