Navy-improvised disinfection chamber sets up at Colombo National Hospital
April 10, 2020Another disinfection chamber built by the Navy’s Research and Development (R&D) Unit under Naval Social Responsibility (NSR) Project has handed over for the use of Outpatient Department (OPD) at the National Hospital, Colombo today (10th April 2020).
The Naval Social Responsibility Project is being operated under direct supervision of Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva.
The new installation will be useful to decontaminate a large number of people coming to the hospital for treatment on daily basis as well as the hospital staff.
