Huawei to provide digital solutions to Defence Ministry to fight against COVID-19
April 12, 2020Huawei, the leading global ICT solution provider, has pledged to donate a range of digital solutions to the Defence Ministry to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
At a meeting held with Defence Secretary Maj. Gen. (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne, Huawei officials made these commitments and discussed further the ways and means that Huawei could help in the areas of AI Medical Analytics and shearing global experience with the Ministry to combat COVID-19 in Sri Lanka.
Huawei has decided to donate high definition collaborate video conferencing systems to the Ministry to connect important locations within the Ministry domains, conduct meetings and to improve efficiency during the prevailing situation.
