SLAF airman tested positive for coronavirus
April 27, 2020An Airman of the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) band has been tested positive with COVID -19, today (April 27).
The patient was immediately admitted to the Infectious Disease Hospital (IDH) at Anogoda, said the SLAF Spokesman Group Captain Dushan Wijesinghe.
Meanwhile, he refuted the misinformation being circulated that SLAF Base at Katunayake was in a total lockdown, as totally baseless, but claimed that all necessary precautionary health measures have been adhered under strict supervision of health authorities to prevent any further spread of the disease.
