A group of 129 quarantined returnees left for homes, today
May 04, 2020A group of 129 individuals left for their homes after completing the quarantine process at the quarantine centres run by the Sri Lanka Army’s Training School (ATS), Maduru Oya and the Boossa quarantine centre run by the Sri Lanka Navy, this morning.
They had been quarantined for 21-days and had undergone necessary medical formalities before leaving the centres.
Granted quarantine certificates, the group were provided with meals and transport from the Army to their home towns in Beruwala, Maradana and Maligawatta.
ATS Commandant Brig. Deepal Pussella and Commanding officers of the quarantine centres were also there to see them off.
