Cyber-attack targets two government web portals
May 30, 2020Two government web portals have come under cyber-attacks early this morning (May 30).
The Cyber Security Centre of Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) confirmed that the official websites of the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government and the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau (SLFEB) were hit by the cyber-attack.
The Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team Coordination Centre (SLCERT) is conducting further investigations into the incident.
