Escape of 15 ISIS suspects to India is not yet confirmed

There was news flashed on Indian media and websites that 15 ISIS terrorist suspects were escaped from Srilanka to Lakshadweep island in India by sea, However Srilanka Navy still haven’t officially confirmed this news and meanwhile all navy fleets, ships, crafts and detachments in that area were informed to stay vigilant about this incident and Navy will take strict actions if there is any sited or detected information with regard to this, said the Navy Spokesman Lieutenant Commander Isuru Sooriyabandara during the press briefing at the Media Centre in Kollupitiya, last evening (26 May).

A doctor from Kurunagela hospital named Segu Siyabdeen Mohomad Safi who was taken into custody by Kurunegala Police for an investigation with regard to his assets has been handed over to CID for further investigations and if anyone has any complaints with regard to cesarean surgeries which has led to sterilization of women which has been done by this doctor they can complained it to CID for further investigations, said the Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekara during the press briefing last evening (26 May).

There were 02 separate complaints which were forwarded to Police headquarters against Minister Rishad Bathiudeen and Governor East Mr .M.L.A.M. Hizbullah was handed over to CID for investigations, stated the Police Spokesman.
