STF arrests gunfire attack suspect in a hotel in Panadura
May 31, 2020A suspect has been arrested for opening fire at a restaurant in Soysapura in Mount Lavinia by the Special Task Force (STF) last evening (30) Police Media Spokesman Superintendent of Police (SP) Jaliya Senarathne said.
He told the defence.lk that the suspect who was hiding in Panadura area was arrested for both incidents of opening fire at the restaurant and for attacking the same location with an unidentified group in a previous occasion.
Suspect has been handed over to the Mount Lavinia Police Station for further investigations, he also said.
