Indian Navy ship facilitates repatriation of 700 stranded Indians
June 01, 2020Repatriation of 700 Indians stranded in Sri Lanka was facilitated by Indian Navy Ship ‘INS Jalashwa’ today (June 1).
The Indian Navy ship ‘INS Jalashwa’ arrived at the Port of Colombo, as part of ‘Operation Samudra Setu’ under Vande Bharat Mission aimed at repatriating Indians stranded in the island.
The vessel is expected to reach Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu to disembark the passengers.
