839 Coronavirus positives discharged from hospitals
June 05, 2020A total of 839 coronavirus patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals.
Meanwhile, the total number of positive patients has increased to 1,797 with 48 more new patients identified, yesterday (June 4).
Out of the patients reported on Thursday, 42 were confirmed to be Sri Lanka Navy personnel, who were already under quarantine at Kandakadu, Oluvil, Iyakkachchi and Mihintale quarantine facilities.
The remaining six patients were Sri Lankan returnees from Bangladesh, Dubai and India.
Further, 947 coronavirus patients are currently undergoing treatment at hospitals.
