Police arrests three persons with heroin
June 09, 2020Police has arrested three suspects on charges of possessing heroin from three separate locations in Galle, Nugegoda and Mount Lavinia during the past 24-hours.
Police arrested a 39-year-old suspect with 520g and 20 mg at Pettigalawatte in Galle yesterday (June 8).
On a similar tip-off received, the Mirihana Police has also arrested a 31-year-old suspect possessing 11g and 540mg of heroin at Pragathipura, Madiwela.
The Mount Lavinia Police arrested another suspect with 2g and 200mg of heroin in his possession at Watarappala area in Mount Lavinia.
