Army engages in Dengue prevention efforts
June 15, 2020Sri Lanka Army troops of the 111 Brigade under the 11 Division in Kandy conducted a programme to clean the mosquito breeding grounds at Dodamwala, Muruthalawa, Mahakanda and Kengalla on Saturday (June 13).
The programme was organized with the cooperation of Public Health Inspectors and civilians in those areas coinciding with the dengue prevention efforts around the country.
