740 Coronavirus positive sailors recovered
June 16, 2020A total of 740 sailors from the Sri Lanka Navy, earlier tested positive for the Coronavirus, have recovered and been discharged from hospitals by Monday (June 15).
According to the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), 32 sailors have recovered and left hospitals yesterday. The number of Coronavirus positive sailors reported so far totals 882, the NOCPCO stated.
Meanwhile, 142 more Coronavirus infected sailors are still in hospitals, the NOCPCO added.
