Iranian ships in the island
February 16, 2019Making a four-day training and goodwill visit, three ships of the Iraninan Navy arrived to the country on Friday (15 February).
The trio of Iranian naval ships; "Bushehr", "Lavan" and "Bayandore" was accorded a traditional welcome by the Sri Lanka Navy upon arrival at the port of Colombo.
The crew of the visiting ships will take part in several programmes organized by the Sri Lanka Navy before their departure on Monday (18).
