Police arrested and bailed ex-PC member Shivagilingum
July 05, 2020Former Northern provincial counsel member M.K. Shivagilingum, who was arrested by the Valvettithurai Police for avoiding court proceedings, has been granted bail by the Point Pedro Magistrate Court, a short while ago.
According to Police, he was arrested at his residence in Amman Koviladi, Valvettithurai.
The Police said he was produced before Point Pedro Magistrate Court and released on bail asking to appear before the court at next hearing.
