Welisara Navy Hospital re-opens today
July 10, 2020Welisara Navy Hospital was re-opened for outdoor patients after 77-days of closure, today (July 10), Sri Lanka Navy (SLN) Spokesperson Lt. Com. Isuru Sooriyabandara said.
He said SLN had stopped routine hospital duties on April 24, following the admission of coronavirus positive sailors attached to the Welisara Naval complex.
The hospital commenced its routine duties today, after holding an all-night pirith chanting and alms giving to Maha Sanga held at its premises, Sooriyabandara said.
