SLAF released 100 returnees after completing quarantine
July 11, 2020A group of 100 returnees, who had arrived from Lebanon, Latin America and Japan and have completed the quarantine process at the SLAF quarantine centre in Palaly, have left for their homes, today (July 11).
The Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) said prior to release from the centre they were subjected to PCR tests.
The SLAF quarantine facility at Palaly was operated on the instructions of the SLAF Commander Air Marshal Sumangala Dias to support the government’s effort of controlling the COVID-19 outbreak in Sri Lanka.
