Coronavirus recoveries rise to 1,981: total cases soar to 2,646
July 14, 2020The total Coronavirus patients recovered and discharged from hospitals have risen to 1,981 while total virus infected cases soared to 2,646 with 440 new patients reported from the Rehabilitation Centre at Kandakadu during the past few days.
A total of 29 new Coronavirus patients were reported yesterday (July 13), including two returnees from Maldives.
According to the Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry, 654 patients infected with the virus are currently under medical care so far.
Sri Lanka's coronavirus death toll remains 11.
