Namibian Defence Attaché calls on Secretary
July 17, 2019The Defence Attaché of the High Commission of the Republic of Namibia based in New Delhi, Brigadier General Titus Simon made a call on the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, General SHS Kottegoda (Rtd) WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc at the Ministry, today (17 July 2019).
The Secretary and the Namibian Defence Attaché had cordial discussion on bilateral importance and mutual relevance during the meeting. They also exchanged mementos to mark the occasion.
