Police arrest four persons with heroin
August 19, 2020The Police on Tuesday (Aug 18), have arrested four suspects for possessing heroin in separate incidents at Dematagoda, Padukka and Nittambuwa in the Western Province.
The suspect arrested at Padukka was in possession of 1.1kg of Heroin at the time of arrest, the Police said.
The 49-year-old suspect, a resident at Angoda was taken into custody on information received by the Padukka Police.Further investigations have also revealed that the suspect was a Duty Supervisor at the Kolonnawa Urban Council.
