A suspect arrested with a pistol and ammunition
October 10, 2020Special Investigation Bureau officers have arrested a person with a pistol and a magazine with 6 ammunitions during his attempt to sell them for Rs. 250,000 / = at Badulla yesterday evening (Oct 09).
The Police said that the investigations into the incident revealed that the 37-year-old suspect is a resident at Haldummulla and is a minor staff office employee at Badulla Hon. Magistrate court.
The suspect will be produced before Hon. Magistrate Court Badulla today (Oct 10).
