Army planted 300 coconut saplings
October 19, 2020The Sri Lanka Army troops of 56 Division planted a total of 300 coconut saplings across Army brigades/battalions in Kokeliya area recently, in line with 56 Division’s 23rd Anniversary.
The Coconut Development Board has donated the saplings to the Army.
This programme which was launched in line with the Army Commander's 'Thuru Mithuru-Nawa Ratak' campaign was underway while adhering to preventive health measures.
