Pandemic Control Operations
November 16, 2020Tri-Forces and Police are conducting their operations to contain the spread of Coronavirus in the island by untiringly engaging in identifying the virus hit patients and sending their close contacts for quarantine to the Tri-Forces managed quarantine centres established around the country.
According to Sri Lanka’s Epidemiology Unit statistics, 17287 confirmed cases were reported up to 15 Nov, making it the total number of cases reported in the country. 11595 patients were recovered and the total number of deaths increased to 58 as of yesterday (15). The dotted blue curve on the graph below denotes the no number of patients increased.
