Arrested Arms and Ammunitions
November 23, 2020The SL Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and STF are on alert on illegal weapons and ammunition during the past week. Operations in search of illegal firearms are underway in keeping with the government's vision to curb underworld activates.
Accordingly, 17 locally manufactured weapons, one illegally smuggled weapons, two weapon accessories, 23 bombs and 1303 rounds were nabbed and a total of 21 persons were arrested.
