Anti-drugs Operations
November 23, 2020The Sri Lanka (SL) Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Police Narcotic conducted anti-drugs operations last week, and arrested a total of 21 persons including drug peddlers, following an effective interoperability among the security services and the Police.
Accordingly, 132 grams and 900 milligrams of Heroin, 6885 of local Cannabis plants, 2.802 Kilos of Kerala Cannabis, 49.510 kilos of ICE and 350 bottles of Kasippu were nabbed by the law enforcement authorities.
Compared to the last week, the amount of Heroin and Kerala Cannabis recovered is less.
