NSA level trilateral meeting commenced
November 28, 2020The 4th National Security Adviser (NSA) Level Trilateral Meeting on Maritime Security Cooperation was commenced with the participation of NSA level delegates from India and Maldives at the Taj Samudra, Colombo short while ago (28 Nov).
India’s National Security Adviser Shri Ajit Doval and Maldives Defence Minister Hon. Mariya Didi with respective country High Commissioners are present at the senior level meeting. Foreign Minister Hon. Dinesh Gunawardene, Foreign Ministry Secretary Admiral Prof. Jayanath Colombage and Defence Ministry Secretary Maj. Gen. (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne are also present at the inaugural session.
Acting Chief of Defence Staff, Tri-Forces Commanders, Inspector General of Police, Director General Sri Lanka Coast Guard, Senior Officials of both Sri Lankan Foreign and Defence Ministries and Senior Military Officers are also present.
