Defence Secretary graces ‘Sewa Abinandana Pranama’ awards of ‘RALL’
December 09, 2022Defence Secretary General Kamal Gunaratne graced the ‘Sewa Abinandana Pranama’ certificate awarding ceremony of the Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited (RALL) at the Suhurupaya Complex in Battaramulla today (Dec 09).
Under a notion of the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Ltd, Major General P. Chandrawansa, 117 members who have served in RALL over a decade were awarded ‘Sewa Abinandana Pranama’ certificates during the session.
Gen. Gunaratne praised the invaluable services provided by the RALL workforces while addressing the audience and said “though your services have gone unnoticed, it is a great profession”.
Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited (RALL) is a premier security services provider, which is a Government owned business functioning under the purview of the Defence Ministry.
Portfolio of RALL consist of six revenue generating verticals such as land operations, maritime operations, Commercial & Industrial Training Academy (CIMSTA), catering, RALL special skill service unit and cyber security and surveillance service.
Additional Secretary Civil Security and Development of the Defence Ministry Saman Dissanayaka, officials and staffers of the RALL were present at the event.
