Tri-Forces DIs receive commendations of Army Commander

Vikum Liyanage awarded appreciative certificates to a group of Non Commissioned Officers (NCOs) of Tri-Forces yesterday (March 08) at the Army Headquarters in recognition of their fine contribution at the recently held Presidential and Corps Colours Awarding Ceremony of the National Cadet Corps as Drill Instructors (DI).
The recipients of certificates included 15 Senior NCOs of Army, Navy and Air Force and an Army driver of the 22 Infantry Division who has maintained an unblemished service record, the Army sources stated.
Adjutant General Maj. Gen. Chandana Wickramasinghe, Director National Cadet Corps Brig. Sudantha Fonseka and Director, Directorate of Personnel Administration Brig. Upul Kodithuwakku were also present at the occasion.
