Rana Viru Seva Authority receives financial aid for education of Ranaviru children
December 14, 2020Rana Viru Seva Authority (RVSA) received financial donations under the patronage of Gen.(Retd) Daya Ratnayaka, former Commander of the Sri Lanka Army and present Chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
The RVSA received the donation on 11 December, following a request made by Chairman RVSA, Maj. Gen.(Retd) Nandana Senadeera.
A total of 208 selected children of war heroes will be benefitted from the donation.
Chief Executive Officer Jack Huang, Administration Manager of Colombo International Container Terminals Grant Yang , Group Consultant of Colombo Logistics Groups Maj. Gen. Chargie P.Gallage, Assistant Vice President of Hapag Llyod Lanka (Pvt) Ltd Lalith Withanarachchi, and General Manager of Colombo Dockyard PLC Thimira Godakumbura representing D.V Abeysinghe, were present at the occasion as the donors of this event.
