Austin Fernando enlightens NDC course participants
August 14, 2023Mr. Austin Fernando recently delivered an informative lecture on a topic related to Geo - Politics and Strategy to the course participants of the National Defence College (NDC) that comprises Tri-Forces and Police senior officers.
He is a renowned senior citizen of the country who has a wealth of experience on diplomacy, statecraft being in the administrative fields in different capacities.
Mr. Fernando was the Defence Secretary during 2002- 2003.
