March 23, 2024The Ministry of Defence of Sri Lanka expresses its deepest condolences to the President and people of Russia over the loss of lives in the terrorist attack at the Moscow concert hall. We strongly condemn such brutal attacks on innocent civilians. We stand in solidarity with the people of Russia at this difficult hour.
