SL Air Force and Arthur C Clarke Institute sign MoU
March 27, 2024The Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies (ACCIMT) to acquire technical consultancy and cooperation, training, data sharing, joint Research & Development (R&D) collaboration and resource sharing.
According to SLAF media, the MoU was signed between Air Force Commander, Air Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa and Director General and CEO of ACCIMT, Eng. (Dr.) Sanath Panawennage on Monday (Mar. 25).
This partnership is focused on enhancing the potential of rapidly evolving applications in the domains of Space Technology, Drone and Unmanned Ariel Vehicles for better execution of the role of SLAF in line with the national defence strategy of Sri Lanka, it says.
