Sri Lanka Scout Association delegation meets Defence Secretary
April 02, 2024A Sri Lanka Scout Association delegation led by Chief Commissioner, Janaprith Fernando met the Defence Secretary General Kamal Gunaratne at the Defence Ministry in Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte today (Apr 02).
During discussions Chief Commissioner Fernando extended his gratitude to the Defence Secretary for the invaluable support rendered to ensure the success of the recently conducted 10th National Scout Jamboree.
He along with Brigadier JPA Jayawardana presented a memento to Gen. Gunaratne as a token of appreciation while conveying their heartfelt gratitude.
The 10th National Scout Jamboree was held in Trincomalee from February 20th to 26th, 2024.
