Tri-Forces Commanders Pay Courtesy Call on Commander-in-Chief
February 07, 2025In a time-honored military tradition, the newly appointed Commanders of the Tri-Forces formally called on the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, yesterday afternoon (Feb 6) at the Presidential Secretariat.
Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo, Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda and Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe met the President during this courtesy call.
As a symbol of appreciation and goodwill, the Tri-Forces Commanders presented the President with mementos.
