Russian Defence Attaché met Defence Secretary
January 12, 2021The Defence Attaché of the Russian Embassy in Sri Lanka, Col. Denis I. Shkoda made a call on the Defence Secretary Gen. (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne at the Ministry, today (12 January).
A cordial discussion was held between the Defence Secretary and Defence Attaché on matters of bilateral importance during the meeting.
