More areas under isolation
April 27, 2021Head of the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID - 19 Outbreak, the Chief of Defence Staff and Army Commander Gen. Shavendra Silva today morning (April 27) announced that two more Grama Niladhari Divisions have been isolated with immediate effect.
Accordingly, Siriketha Grama Niladhari Division in Hingurakgoda and Pallekumbura Grama Niladhari Division in Ukuwela, Matale have been placed under isolation.
In view of controlling the spread of Covid-19, Imbulagoda and Katudampe Grama Niladhari Divisions in Rathagama police area in Galle District were also isolated from 8.00 p.m. yesterday (Apr 26) in addition to eight Grama Niladhari Divisions in three districts isolated declared earlier yesterday.
