Thirteen areas announced isolated
May 12, 2021Thirteen areas in Colombo, Gampaha, Galle, Ratnapura, Hambantota and Kegalle districts have been isolated with immediate effect, Army Commander Gen. Shavendra Silva announced today (May 12).
Accordingly, the areas announced under isolation are as follows;
Piliyandala Police area of Colombo District
• Kolamunna GN Division
• Mampe West GN Division
Mahabage Police area Gampaha District
• Elapitawala Navam Mahara
• Magul Pokuna Road
Imaduwa Police area of Galle District
• Dikkumbura GN Division
Ahangama Police area
• Atanikitha
Pelmadulla and Kahawatta Police areas of Ratnapura District
• Sannasgala
• Godagasvinna
• Godagama
• Kattange No. 3 area
Sooriyawewa Police area of Hambantota District
• Sooriyawewa Town
Bulathkohupitiya Police area of Kegalle District
• Udapotha
• Kendawa
