'Deegawapiya Aruna' receives funds for brick production machine
May 20, 2021The 'Deegawapiya Aruna' Trust Fund received a donation worth of Rs. 550,000 from a donor at the Defence Ministry today (May 21).
The worthy donation received from a family, Ananda Fernando and Sriya Sumanasekara was wished-for the purchasing of a brick cutting machine.
Accordingly the funds were handed over to the Defence Secretary and the Chairperson of Archaeological Heritage Management Presidential Task Force for Eastern Province, Gen. Kamal Gunaratne (Retd) during a brief meeting.
