Anti-drugs Operations
May 24, 2021The Sri Lanka (SL) Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Police Narcotic Bureau conducted anti-drugs operations last week and arrested a total of 49 persons, including drug peddlers, following effective interoperability among the security services and the Police.
Accordingly, 04 kilos 688 grams and 448 milligrams of Heroin, 04 kilos and 210 of local Cannabis, 60 kilos 638 grams and 370 milligrams of Kerala Cannabis, 07 kilos 743 grams and 410 milligrams of Ice, 1533 litres of Goda and 133.5 litres of Kasippu were nabbed by the law enforcement authorities.
