Army prepares Corona Ward at Avissawella
June 03, 2021Sri Lanka Army troops under the Security Force Headquarters - West renovated a dilapidated Ward for COVID-19 patients in the Avissawella Base Hospital facilitating to treat 40 patients and handed it over to the hospital authority.
The ward is equipped with medical equipment sponsored by Midas Safety Private Limited.
The project completed under the directives of Commander Security Forces –West Maj. Gen. Vikum Liyanage.
