Army athletes bring honours at international games
June 30, 2021Sri Lanka Army athletes have brought honours to the Army and the country winning medals at recently held ‘76th Cezmi Or Memorial Athletic Championship’.
The Army sources stated that Private Sarangi Silva of 5 Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps has established a new Sri Lankan record in Long Jump while Lance Corporal L.G.S Dananjaya of Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers won the gold medal in the Long Jump.
