Anti-drugs Operations
July 12, 2021The Sri Lanka (SL) Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Police Narcotic Bureau conducted anti-drugs operations last week and arrested a total of 65 persons, including drug peddlers, following effective interoperability among the security services and the Police.
Accordingly, 394 grams and 221 milligrams of Heroin, 545 grams of local Cannabis, 108 kilos 560 grams and 171 milligrams of Kerala Cannabis, 168 grams and 246 milligrams of Ice, 375 litres of Goda and 2320 litres of Kasippu were nabbed by the law enforcement authorities.
