SLAF commemorates fallen war heroes
July 20, 2021The Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) conducted a Multi-Religious Commemorative Ceremony yesterday (July 19) at SLAF Base Katunayake under the patronage of the SLAF Commander Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana.
The SLAF said this year’s religious ceremonies were singularly held due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation while invoking the blessings on those who sacrificed their lives.
Members of the Air Force Board of Management, SLAF Katunayake Base Commander and a cross section of Officers and Other Rankers were present at the occasion while adhering to health guidelines.
