Anti-drugs Operations
July 26, 2021The Sri Lanka (SL) Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Police Narcotic Bureau conducted anti-drugs operations last week and arrested a total of 44 persons, including drug peddlers, following effective interoperability among the security services and the Police.
Accordingly, 2 kilos 469 grams and 442 milligrams of Heroin, 107 kilos and 114 grams of local Cannabis, 781 kilos 359 grams and 940 milligrams of Kerala Cannabis, 115 grams and 500 milligrams of Ice, 5981.5 litres of Goda and 1015.625 litres of Kasippu were nabbed by the law enforcement authorities.
