Sandahiru Stupa ‘Crest-Gem’ and ‘Sacred Pinnacle’ will be at Korathota Rajamaha Viharaya for public veneration tomorrow
August 09, 2021The procession of the Crest-Gem and the Sacred Pinnacle of Sandahiru Stupa which commenced the street parading in Colombo arrived at the Bellanwila Raja Maha Viharaya yesterday evening (Aug 08).
The Crest-Gem and the Sacred Pinnacle is placed for public veneration today (Aug 09) at Bellanwila Raja Maha Viharaya.
According to the passage plan, the motorcade carrying two revered articles will begin travelling tomorrow morning (Aug 10) passing Bokundara, Piliyandala, Polgasowita, Kottawa, Maharagama, Sri Jayewardenepura University, Egodawatta, Raththanapitiya , Divulpitiya North, Nugegoda, Nugegoda Railway Station, Nawala, Koswatta, Rajagiriya, Akuregoda, Arangala, Boralugoda, Athurugiriya, Kaduwela Road and Oruwala to reach the third day’s destination at Korathota Rajamaha Viharaya tomorrow evening.
