Kilinochchi troops extend hospitality to devotees making
August 08, 2019A group of pilgrims making the "Paada Yathra" to attend the annual feast at Matha Church in Mulankavil were received by troops of Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi upon its arrival in Kilinochchi. According to Army media, the group of pilgrims had arrived there on 4th -5th to attend the feast at Mulankavil before proceeding to the Holy Shrine at Madu.
Extending their hospitality, the devotees were provided with refreshments by the troops who had also made arrangements to provide drinking water to them at Paliaru on their way to the revered Madu Church.
